BSNL Duplicate Sim | Lost Sim | Replace Sim

First block your current BSNL phone number:

  • If your mobile is lost-stolen, immediately block your bsnl SIM by calling customer care1503 (from BSNL phone)/18001801503(from other networks).
  • Customer care executive will confirm your address, phone number etc in-order to check   the authenticity of the call.
  • Visit nearest Bsnl Customer Service Center submit your representation to the customer service center where you have taken the connection with the proof of identity along with copy of FIR.

For new replacement sim:

  • Submit the completed form along with ID proofs and money for the sim
  • It will take 1 hour for activation of your new sim
