Idea Online Postpaid Bill Payment

You can make your bill payment through web self-care on our website www.ideacellular.com under My Post-paid section; navigate to My Bills –> Current Outstanding. You may check your bill amount and pay online.

You can pay your Idea Post-paid bill using any one of these modes:

• Cash
• Cheque
• Credit Card
• Credit Card Standing Instructions (CCSI) –  monthly bill amount directly debited through Credit Card
• ECS – Monthly bill amount directly debited through bank account
• Credit Card payments by calling the IVR. Dial 121/198/12345
• My Accounton the Idea website
• Insta-Pay through the website –click here to pay your Idea Bills

Get details on the various payment modes by dialing *121#, 198 or 12345 from your Idea number

• You can also visit Idea Service Centers and pay through cash, cheque and credit card.
• You can also give standing instructions from your bank account or credit card by registering for ECS/ CCSI. For registration, please visit your nearest Idea Service Centre.
• Also, for more details on modes of payment available, you can dial *121#, 198 or 12345.

Idea Online Postpaid mobile bill Payment can be done from Idea express pay portal.

• Log onto express bill pay at Here
• Enter Idea number, amount and email.
• Click Submit and pay the bill amount.

Set up a Standing Instruction to pay your Idea postpaid bill using your credit card:

• Enter your IDEA Mobile Number
• Enter your IDEA Email ID and Mobile Number where you wish to receive an alert confirmation for the registration.
• Your details will be verified with the billing system.

Provide the credit card details

• Provide the credit card details that you wish to use to set up the automatic payment.
• You will then be redirected to your issuing bank where you need to enter your secure VBV/ MSC password.
• You will be required to complete a Rs 2/- payment authorization to confirm your registration.

That’s it! Your Autopay registration is complete and you will receive an online acknowledgement
