Transfer of Idea Sim Ownership to your Name

The procedure is like this, actual owner has to write a no-objection application along with the document and one passport size photograph that he had provided at the time of SIM registration.

Actual owner have to make signature same like at the time of SIM registration.

Along with the above documents you too have to write an application requesting to change the name of the ownership of the SIM card from actual owner to yours.

You too have to provide a passport photo and copy of valid identity card and have to submit them in your nearest Idea service provider’s hub.

Get your documents ready:

• A self-attested photograph
• Self-attested copy of address proof
• Self-attested copy of ID proof.
• Keep your original documents handy for verification
• Fill the Customer Application Form (CAF)
• The CAF will be available at the Service Centre
