Sir my landline ph no 25361139 is always in bad condition not working
Due to regular problem in internet connection i was already disconnect my net pack
In dwarka sec 8 or sector 1 no body attend us properly
So i wad face so much problem ana also loss my buisness
pathetic services, Also employees has no telephonic etiquette. worst communication system

Worst service Ever and don’t trust them at all first of all they don’t have any sense how to talk with customer and also they don’t have any kind of update regarding there own services etc. N don’t expect any kind of help from this guys bcz when you r oncall they will disconnected your call without saying anything pathetic service when we are call customer care so they will not attend call at all if you are lucky someone atted your call.
I am using mtnl mobile network and I am facing network issue. I have reported but still not looking into my complaint where as vodaphone and idea have proper network.
very bad customer service even they cant speak english or hindi proper ,,,no mannar how to speak with customer…..very worst..
By mistakenly one digit number has given to retailer but it has gone to other number , so what to do in situation ?
