MTNL Duplicate Sim | Lost Sim | Replace Sim

First block your current MTNL phone number:

  • If your mobile is lost-stolen, immediately block your mtnl SIM by calling customer care 1500/1503 (from mtnl phone)/18001801503(from other networks).
  • Customer care executive will confirm your address, phone number etc in-order to check   the authenticity of the call.
  • Visit nearest mtnl Customer Service Center submit your representation to the customer service center where you have taken the connection with the proof of identity along with copy of FIR.

For new replacement sim:

  • Submit the completed form along with ID proofs and money for the sim
  • It will take 1 hour for activation of your new sim
